At Breathe Yoga and Pilates everyone is welcome! Whether you are an absolute beginner or a more experienced student we offer classes that are challenging, healthy and fun. Our mission is to create a space where you can relax and unwind, leaving the stresses of the day behind. Your health and wellbeing are always our priority.
You can find us on Patrick St., Trim Co. Meath. While Covid restrictions apply all classes are available live on line (via zoom) with video options too.

Big Changes In 2021
“Out with the old and in with the new”
The start of a new year is a time for change and we at Breathe Yoga & Pilates are making a big change this January. Currently, we are in the process of changing our booking provider from Mindbody to bsport. We hope to make the transition as easy as possible for you however no doubt there will be teething problems so please bear with us! Our plan is to be up and running when classes resume next week which means you still have time to dig out your mat and make that resolution to be your healthiest you in 2021.
If you are already a Breathe client click the link below to create a password for your bsport account. You do this by selecting the “forgot password” option and following the instructions. (Remember to confirm your password at the end!)

Alternatively for both existing clients who wish to log in or new clients who wish to register, both can be done through the bsport App which can be downloaded by clicking on the link below or going to your App store.
At Breathe Yoga and Pilates we offer a wide range of classes for all levels of expertise from total beginner to advanced. Yoga is suitable for all ages & physical ability and so can be practised by everyone. If you can breathe then you can do yoga!
At Breathe Yoga and Pilates we offer pilates classes that are suitable for everyone from beginner to advanced. For the office worker sitting at their desk all day, to a runner trying to improve their marathon time, to the active retired person who is conscious about keeping their body functioning to its optimum, we have a class that is suitable for you.
Mum & Baby
At Breathe yoga & Pilates we offer several classes that are specially designed for both pre and post natal Mums. These classes are not only exercise classes but they also offer support to new Mums from pregnancy right through to pre-crawling stage. They provide a space where Mums can meet in a social setting and bring babies along too.
Upcoming Workshops & Events
At Breathe yoga & Pilates workshops and charity events are an important part of our schedule. Check out our new virtual workshop on the Stages of Menopause. We regularly run workshops in Restorative Yoga, Yin Yoga and Facia Flow Pilates. Pre-Covid we have welcomed teachers from other disciplines of yoga and well-being practices to run workshops in our studio.
Livestream and On Demand
At Breathe Yoga and Pilates we offer a wide range of classes for all levels of expertise from total beginner to advanced. All our classes are available via livestream and also on demand video option.
Our online classes are perfect for those who feel safer and more comfortable at home. Especially these days!
