“Breathe Yoga and Pilates is one of my favourite places. I started there almost 2 years ago, having accumulated shoulder and back problems during a sedentary working life. As a complete beginner, I tried yoga initially and had some private sessions with Marie until I learned the basics. As I quickly achieved improvements in strength and flexibility as well as benefits in mindfulness, I was soon ready to join the regular classes, and I found these very sociable and enjoyable. Later, I tried Pilates too, and found it very complementary to my yoga practice. Now, I love both disciplines and enjoy going to classes several times a week. All staff members are amazing; each one provides gentleness, kindness and encouragement, not to forget fun. The studio is a peaceful haven. It is a wonderful place and I am so glad I found it.”
